Thanks for clicking through.

This has been in the works for awhile.

Email, for me, has become unmanageable. I simply have too much. (Don’t you?)

I cannot get to it all, no matter how much time I put into it.

Is the same true for you?

For many of us it is and the research is conclusive:

This is my attempt to get control.

Please read carefully. I AM READING EMAIL.

  • I am not leaving email behind. We all know that, however inefficient it is, it can’t be ignored.  I will still use email. I am attempting to reset expectations…It’s my approach to responding that I intend to affect.
  • My response times will be unpredictable. Don’t expect immediate replies. Also, don’t expect replies in the evenings or on weekends.
  • The volume is too high – something is going to slip through the cracks. This may well be your email. It might not get a response. Ever. If that’s the case, please don’t take it personally… And don’t hesitate to email me again. Or better yet. Call me. I answer my phone.
